I recommend Morningland Dairy cheeses. We bought a bunch when we drove up to pick up baby Edmund, froze some and are still enjoying it--YUM! Sue

I definitely want to buy some, but I'm worried about the shipping in this heat. Perhaps I can order some this fall when it cools off

No worries on the heat. We ship all over the US in all types of weather. It is packed in an insulated box with ice packs. Makes the shipping higher, but your cheese arrives unmelted. We also only ship Monday and Tuesday so it is sure to arrive before the weekend. We do *not* want your cheese sitting over the weekend with UPS. Glad you are enjoying the cheese, Sue!

It looked good to me. I liked the pictures, plenty of them and certainly big in size. I think that is important today as people with high speed internet do not have the slow connection speeds of yesteryear.
Overall it looks quite nice. Thanks for sharing and lets us know when there are updates. Congratulations on a nice web site!

| Very nice website! Alas, I make my own raw milk cheeses, so won't be ordering, but it is nice to see what others are doing.
