We raise Boer cross goats and have never had a problem with their horns. A couple months ago I bought a day old dairy mix female for my daughter. She is great except her 4-5 inch horns are disintergrating from the top. At the base they are probably 3" around. At the top the are barely toothpicks and look like something is gnawing them away. She acts fine and eats good. Any ideas?
