Okay it's pricey, so I went ahead and bought it to use on Squirt. I was in hopes it would head of any infections so P2 and I would not have administer any antibodics. Well it did keep the infection at bay, however the vet advised shots anyhow. So we gave her 6 days worth of .01 of the anitbodic that I can't remember the name of the top of my head. Squirt cut did heal and by the time P2 sold her, she caught up in weight with the rest of the bigger piglets.

I used it on my donkey this summer when she rubbed a raw spot on her face.  It worked well, but chasing her down to squirt her in the face was not much fun!  I bought it because the guy I trust at Tractor Supply told me he uses it and likes it.

Even the cattle don't like the spray bottle, no matter what's in it. Don't know if it the nose it makes or just the liquid coming out of it onto their skin.

Never have used it or heard about it until your first post, but the salesman from walco was in today and we were talking about some other stuff. (New mom had to buy some rubbing alchol, because all she had at home was livestock stuff and she had a "problem" using it on her newborn) and he mentioned he used it on heat rash on his baby granddaughter and it worked great, so brought a bottle in for us to try.

Just one of those oddities of life

All I know is that stuff if pickey, got to keep it out of direct sunlight and it can't get too hot or cold. Reading the ingrediants it like salt water on steriods....
