I like knowing what I eat, ate first. No growth hormones or routine antibiotics. I also like knowing, I took the best care of the animals I could. They were not crowded in feed lots, crammed into trucks, and stressed before being butchered. The quality is better, than what sits in the grocery,; Money wise it's less expensive, if you are enjoying being a Hobby Farmer, and don't count your hours.
