Hello everyone.  This is my first time on the site- i love it!  I'm Cassie, currently living in southwest Florida.  I'm looking to move back up to the Northeast.  I'm having a real hard time finding horse land being that I've lost most of my connections up north.  I've found in the past it is who you know not what you know!  I am very flexible but my ideal property would be 10+ cleared acres with an existing home on it.  We would consider larger parcels of raw land if the price is right.  If you or anyone you know is interested in selling or leasing some property please let me know.  My only main requirements are location- south of New York City, north of the Carolinas; and in an area of horse lovers, horse farms, etc.

Hi Cassie,

It sounds to me as though you are looking for property that is not to hot and not to cold ....... Well, why not try KY. the horse capital of the world! You also did not say how much you want to spend.$$$$ or how big of a house you want .....Horse barn? crossed fenced or seperate pastures? Close to collages, malls, large towns?
