It has a lot of helpful tips on how to deal with a difficult poster. Also if you feel someone is attacking you do not lash out back at them. Instead send a moderator a PM or use the "Abuse" button on the post they attacked you in. Let us deal with the problem, don't make it worse by lashing back. This only will fuel the fire and will put your account at risk for being removed from our system.
