We use Go-Jo Natural Orange Hand Cleaner (it comes in smooth and pumice versions and they both work equally well) to remove farm-generated smells few other substances can handle, like buck scent and post-horse sheath cleaning aroma. ZEP Big Orange Hand Cleaner is another great product. Get them at Wal-Mart or your favorite automotive supply store. I bet if you try them, you'll be glad you did.
