Think they would look at me funny when I added chocolate ice cream with chocolate sprinkles ? when I have a chocolate craving it hits big time   coffe & the brownie are free that's my morning break at work LOL working the early morning shift cleaning a restaurant does have it's little perks I get all the coffee I can drink (and I can drink a lot) from 4am to 8am (I go thru a pot to a pot & a half in that time) then come home and drink another 3/4 of a pot.

You and me are a lot alike. I get up anywhere between 1-3 AM and drink my share of coffee. Then its out to tend the sheep and of course cart the kids everywhere. Its not a bad life but coffee makes it bearable. (LOL)

Eat lamb...because 50,000 coyotes CAN'T be wrong!

DB I go to bed anywhere between 11 & midnight get up at 3 be to work for 4 get home anywhere from 7 to 9 and on a good day I might get a 1 hour nap around 3pm otherwise it's nonstop from the time I get home until 7 or 8 pm between 2 of mine plus our grandson (12yo) lives with us (we've raised him since infancy). At least this year I wasn't running back & forth to SMCC with one she didn't take any classes this past yr she took some time off - she's thinking of going back in Jan to finish her degree in horticulture then is up in the air if she's going to transfer her credits to Orono and finish the agriculture program there or not .  So caffine is my lifeline a lot of days LOL

I was thinking more along the lines of vanilla myself. Hubby hasn't tried the chocolate yet and I will keep my mouth shut on that one. Don't like chocolate that much. But the other day he brought me a mug with vanilla ice cream and caramel in the coffee. I just don't ask anymore as long as the coffee is hot.

C I don't like vanillia I either have to have chocolate, coffee, or Black rasberry but I also have to have my chocolate sauce & chocolate sprinkles too no matter which I have. Then I wonder why I'm fat

Now, now don't call your self fat. You are like me living the good life. However, I can say I can pick up my share of 50 lb bags of feed for the animals and I don't want to be a size 12. Left that size in my childhood.

Speaking of breakfast. P2 and I put our honeybuns in the microwave this morning for 10 seconds each and ran out the door. Even though the kids have been in school for the past 12 days (not including the weekends) and we stay on our school routine during the days off Fridays seem to sneak up on us and time just goes.

Farmermom - I was reading about your chocolate cravings. I know I need to take more magnesium when I get a chocolate craving so possibly you need to a magnesium supplement and just eat chocolate to eat chocolate.

Have you tried some with dried cherries in it? delicious!

Breakfasts - well that depends upon the day and the season. It can be anything from porridge to pancakes, french toast to eggs, or simply toast with peanut butter and honey.

Well I had to stop by MCD's this morning and get my self a coffee and a brownie.

I knocked myself out yesterday evening trying to feed up and went to the doctor for 8, so I would not be late for work. I guess I deserved a treat that I did not have to make myself.

ValerieJean when I had blood work done a couple months ago for my physical the only thing that was low was my Vit-D so the doctor told me to start taking calcium +D and I added a multivitamin, she wanted me to add the calcium suppliment because I'm almost 52 and she wants to give my body all the help it can get to keep osetoporosis at bay.

With me the chocolate cravings go with my stress level, I get stressed and I need a chocolate overdose otherwise I just eat chocolate for the pleasure of eating chocolate
