My dad had a factory made device that did the exact same thing as the boards but you hooked it to the back of a tractor. The 2x4's will stretch the fence evenly and you can attach the come along to a tractor, truck, or atv. A chain attached to a tractor and the boards lets you pull up a long stretch of fence. The come along works great for small sections.
