I have been so busy that I haven't gotten my seeds started and am thinking that my procrastination had a purpose this year. It has been (probably still is) a long, cold winter and because ND is such an agricultural state there is a lot of discussion about how cold the soil temps are (whether it freezes or not) and that seeds won't germinate or grow if the soil temp is too cold and you can't have them in the ground too long without germinating or they rot. (This relates to the cash crops but I am sure it relates to my radish seeds too.) so all this is meant to say...pay attention to what your winter/spring has been like also and not just the average dates.
