Although we are technically in NE Alabama, we are 2 miles south of the Tennessee border, due south of Cookeville.

Our little farm has chickens, horses, donkeys and goats...and a very vocal Great Pyrneese aptly named 'Gabby'!

We have apple trees, blueberries and a medium sized garden. We've only been here 1 year full-time so we are very much in the learning stage of this venture. We both have day jobs, so it really is more like a temporary hobby until we can figure out if it might one day allow me to quit and do it full-time.

We would enjoy finding like-minded folks to share ideas with!

Thanks so much, glad to see that you read the blog. I love updating it with what we do around here at our farm. Its nice for our family up north to see what we are up too but also for others to learn from our mistakes.

We are getting excited, baby goats are due and two weeks and we can't wait!!

Hope things are going well for you guys too.
