We have 1 week old turkeys! We have been feeding them turkey starter/ grower food.  The sales rep said to feed them egg yolks to givem energy.  Not sure how often or long we should feed them the yolks. ??? Any other suggestions on feeding?  We have them in a 3 x 2 1/2 plastic tote in the laundary room under a heat lamp.  When is a good time to transfer them to the outside pen?

Hey BnF, take a look at the turkey resources I posted in my reply to the question just below yours--I bet you find them helpful!

In fact, if you visit the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy's download page, you can download the entire ALBC Turkey Manual, chapter by chapter. It's here: www.albc-usa.org/downloads.html

I didn't feed my poults any egg yolks, just some sugar water the first couple days.  They took to the food really well and I haven't noticed any lack of energy.

Thanks for the information.  We will give them some sugar water as suggested.  We checked out the website provide and there is great info!
